We use USPS therefore we ship everything through priority shipping which can range anywhere from $6.95-$10 depending on location and weight* We use this method of shipping because you get tracking and insurance included for a very low rate** Once your order is paid you will receive an email with tracking. You can track your order by going to www.usps.com with your tracking number**

We ship out orders every business day. No shipping on Saturdays and Sundays**All orders paid before 2pm on any business day will receive same day shipping. Otherwise it will go out the next day with the exception of Saturday and Sunday orders. They will be shipped out on Monday unless its a holiday**

If you havent received your order by suggested delivery date, please track it with tracking number emailed to you. If it shows its been delivered but its nowhere to be found,  please contact your local post office because once it leaves our hands with the information you supplied to us, theirs nothing we can do** Also check with reception or the office if you live in a building with muliple residents**If your tracking is not updating please check with post office, they can check status with a system we don't have.
